Meet Judge Vicki Wilson, Founder of Vicki Admin Fairy – Class Business Awards 2026
If there’s one thing that slows down even the most passionate business owner, it’s this:
The admin.
Not the exciting, visible parts of running a business. The behind-the-scenes tasks that pile up, get avoided, and quietly drain your time and energy.
That’s exactly why I’m so pleased to welcome Vicki Wilson, Founder of Vicki Admin Fairy®, as an official judge for The Class Business Awards 2026.
Because she understands this side of business better than most.
Where it all began
Vicki didn’t build her business from a polished plan.
She built it from real life.
After being made redundant in 2020, she started Vicki Admin Fairy with one small client. Fast forward to today, and she’s running a multi award-winning virtual assistant business supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners across the UK.
From sole traders and creatives to service providers and community-led organisations, Vicki has become the go-to person for bringing order to chaos.
And not in a complicated, over-engineered way.
In a practical, “this actually works in real life” kind of way.
What she brings to the table
With over 20 years of professional experience, including a career with HMRC and a BA Hons in Business Management, Vicki combines structure with simplicity.
Her work covers everything from admin support and inbox management to financial admin, CRM systems, trademark guidance and business organisation.
But what really sets her apart is how she delivers it.
Clients trust her because she explains things clearly, removes overwhelm and helps them feel back in control of their business.
She’s the person you go to when everything feels a bit messy and you don’t know where to start.
A perspective that matters
As a disabled entrepreneur with cerebral palsy, Vicki brings an important perspective into the business space.
She works closely with disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneurs and is a strong advocate for flexible, realistic ways of working.
Her approach challenges the idea that there’s only one “right” way to run a business.
Instead, she focuses on what works for the individual, helping business owners build systems and routines that actually fit their lives.
Beyond client work
Alongside running her business, Vicki is also a published author.
Her books, including Confidence & Clarity: The VA Companion and Confidence & Clarity: The Self Employed Companion, support business owners who feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of their next steps.
Her writing is honest, practical and refreshingly free from hustle culture. It focuses on clear thinking, strong boundaries and confident decision-making.
She has also written guides on trademarking, helping small business owners protect their brands without confusion or stress.
Why she’s such a great fit as a judge
Vicki’s work has been widely recognised, including multiple awards and being named one of the UK’s Small Business 100, with opportunities to attend events at the House of Lords.
But what stands out most is how she supports people.
She understands what it really takes to run a business day to day. The juggle, the pressure, the things that don’t always get seen.
That makes her an incredibly valuable judge for The Class Business Awards.
Because she won’t just be looking at what’s visible.
She’ll understand the systems, the effort and the reality behind the scenes.
And in a sector where so many business owners are doing everything themselves, that perspective really matters.
A shared goal
At the heart of Vicki’s work is a simple belief:
Business support should be practical, honest and kind.
That aligns perfectly with what The Class Business Awards are all about.
Celebrating not just growth and success, but the real work behind it.
The resilience. The structure. The decisions that keep businesses moving forward.
I’m so excited to have Vicki on board as a judge and can’t wait for her to be part of this year’s Awards journey.
