Rose Carter is the founder of Inspires Tuition, an Oxfordshire-based alternative provision supporting children and young people with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD and anxiety. Through trauma-informed, inclusive education, she helps learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and access meaningful pathways forward.

Her work focuses on creating safe, supportive environments where wellbeing and relationships come first, alongside tailored programmes that support both personal development and academic progress.

As a judge for the Class Business Awards, Rose brings a compassionate and specialist perspective on inclusion, recognising businesses that create safe spaces, support diverse needs and deliver meaningful impact for young people and families.
