Nikki Talbot is the founder of Pudding & Pie, a children’s cooking school delivering joyful, cross-curricular cooking sessions in schools and nurseries across the UK. Established in 2012, the programme now reaches over 70,000 children each year, supporting confidence, wellbeing and essential life skills through hands-on learning.

Alongside her work with children, Nikki supports women to build their own purposeful, profitable cooking school businesses within their local communities, creating opportunities that combine flexibility, impact and income.

As a judge for the Class Business Awards, Nikki brings a strong understanding of education-led businesses, community impact and building models that support both children and the people delivering the work.
