With over 22 years of experience across sport and education, he has dedicated his career to helping young people discover the joy of movement while building confidence and connection. His work focuses on coaching, workshops and partnerships that create lasting impact in communities.

Alongside youth engagement, Dominic is passionate about raising awareness of mental health, leading events and speaking at conferences to inspire individuals and organisations across the UK and beyond.

As a judge for the Class Business Awards, Dominic brings valuable insight into the power of sport, community and inclusive opportunities that support every child to succeed.
