She quickly spotted that traditional weekly classes limited the number of kids they could reach. She bought the company, invented a new event-based model, and grew attendance and income many times over.
As an experienced business strategist for class-based business owners her experience is deeply practical and rooted in real business leadership. For over ten years, Krissy has worked closely with business owners like you to build sustainable, thriving class businesses.
Her experience spans marketing, sales, franchising, licensing, team building, visibility and sustainable growth. Now she sees the Academy as a way to give back and create lasting change in this sector.
